La Fête Collective  Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

By subscribing to La Fête Collective's Monthly Subscription Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the subscription service and any related services provided by Forever La Fête. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.

2. Subscription Details

·        Subscription Start Date:
Your subscription will begin on the date you sign up and will continue on a month-to-month basis for 12 consecutive months, unless canceled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

·        Subscription Plan:
You will have access to the subscription plan selected at the time of sign-up. The plan includes specific services, which are outlined in the subscription details. Any changes to the services will be communicated in advance.

·        Subscription Fee:
The subscription fee is as shown above, due on the 1st of each month. The fee covers the services included in your chosen plan.

3. Payment Terms

·        Payment Method:
You agree to provide valid payment information when signing up for the subscription. Payments will be processed automatically every month via the payment method you provide.

·        Payment Schedule:
The subscription fee will be charged monthly on the 1st of each month. If the payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified and given a grace period of 9 to update your payment details.

·        Late Payments:
If payment is not received within 9 days after the due date, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

·        Cancellation by You:
You may cancel your subscription by contacting our customer service team at talia@foreverlafete.com. Cancellations must be made prior to using your second Fete Formula, or the cancellation fee (full annual fee) for the 12 month period will apply.

 

·        Cancellation by Us:
Forever La Fête reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for reasons such as non-payment, violation of terms, or other reasons at our discretion. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

·        Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for partial months of service. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Subscription Changes

·        Service Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify the services included in your subscription plan, including pricing, at any time. You will be notified of any changes at least [15] days before they take effect.

6. Responsibilities and Usage

·        Your Obligations:
You agree to use the services provided under your subscription plan in a lawful and responsible manner. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account details and payment information.

·        Prohibited Uses:
You agree not to misuse the subscription services or engage in any unlawful activities while using the service. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forever La Fête will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the subscription services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

8. Termination of Service

·        Termination by You:
You may cancel your subscription before the completion of your second Fête Formula by contacting us, subject to the cancellation terms above. Other cancellation requests will be at the discretion of Forever La Fête.

·        Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if there is a violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Forever La Fête reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service after such amendments indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
