Frequently asked questions
can i cancel my event after booking?
We do not refund deposits as we are turning down other ​opportunities to save the date/times specifically for your event.
However, you can transfer the deposit to an alternative date up to ​6 months after the original booked date.
how can i keep my display looking great?
Keep air-filled balloon displays at room temperature and out of direct ​sunlight at all times if possible. Balloons do not like the sun and heat We ​cannot guarantee the life of balloons in outdoor settings.
how far in advanced should i book?
Early is always better. Events typically take place on ​weekends so it’s best to reserve your space in advance to ​avoid dissapointment
how long will helium balloons float?
Float times vary depending on balloon size and ​environmental factors. In ideal conditions, it can last ​1-2 days
can i pick up my order?
Definitely! We offer pick up options in both
Mardale, ON and Owen Sound, ON
Yes! Balloons can keep for weeks under the proper ​environmental conditions
