ARE YOU BALLOONS AIR FILLED?
Yes! All of our balloon installations are air-filled with the exception of our helium bouquets. Some products will need to be aptly secured within your event space while others are free standing and can be conveniently placed wherever you’d like.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCED DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT?
We recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks in advance for custom orders. However, if you find yourself in a pinch, our ready made products are available for quick pick-up at our Markdale Party Studio. For popular dates, we encourage early planning to ensure availability and to avoid last-minute stress.
CAN I CANCEL MY EVENT?
We have a no-refund policy for any event of cancellation. A lot of time, labour, resourcing and products happen behind the scenes from the minute the booking is made and we cannot refund our time. We do allow postponement within 6 months of original date, depending on our and our vendor availability to reschedule. Though an admin fee will be charged for the re- scheduling.
WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR AN EVENT?
Depending on location, the answer is yes. Travel requests will be given much consideration and incur travel fees. For events within 2hrs of Markdale a travel fee is required for us, in addition to any travel fees incurred by our other suppliers for the event.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCED DO I NEED TO BOOK?
We recommend enquiring a minimum of 6 weeks before your event date. We encourage bookings to be made around 2-4 months out from the event if possible. Bookings made with short notice may incur additional fees or mean you miss out on something you need if a supplier can’t get it in time.
IS FOREVER LA FETE INSURED?
Yes! We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance if needed.
ARE THE BALLOONS ECO FRIENDLY?
We use the highest quality balloons available. They are made of 100% natural biodegradable latex. We advise all clients to pop and dispose of balloons properly once done.

HOW WILL THE BALLOONS DO IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT?
Although we use the highest quality material available on the market, balloons naturally don’t do well in the sun. Since air expands when it's hot, the balloons may pop when in direct sunlight for too long, especially the darker the color. We always recommend placing your balloons in a shaded area to ensure they look great for your event!

HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS STAY INFLATED?
We understand that the longevity of your balloon decor is crucial for your event's success. That's why we use high-quality balloons that are designed to stay inflated for its entire duration to ensure they look vibrant and polished throughout your celebration. When kept indoors, in a cool area out of direct sunlight, they can last around 3 - 5 days. However, if placed outdoors, our balloons may only last 1 - 2 days, depending on the temperature, weather, and overall handling.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BALLOONS?
Make sure to place them in an environment with stable temperatures, avoiding extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, or placing them near a window, flame, heat source, or air vent. Keep them away from any sharp objects or abrasive surfaces, including textured or bricked walls.
While outdoor placement is certainly possible, it does increase the risk of damage and deflation. We’re unable to guarantee the longevity of these products and they will not qualify for replacements, refunds, or credits. Our team may also decline installation due to bad weather, unsafe placement, or areas that may damage the fixture.
