Forever La Fete helps clients create exquisite, one of a kind, statement backdrops for the special events in their lives. Our blend of services including design services, delivery, assembly and styling make us stand out from other party suppliers in the area. Catering to a full service experience, we aim to make the burden and stress of event planning a problem of the past for our clients.
The design begins with a complimentary design concept after the client inquires about our services and completes our party request form. This provides us with the information needed to form an initial quote.
Following the initial quote, redesigns are subject to a design fee at the discretion of Forever La Fete. The design is modified until the client approves the design.
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and the event is added to our calendar for scheduling. We then assemble the required materials from our inventory or order materials as needed.
Forever La Fete will deliver to site prior to the events start time, assemble on site and then leave the premise. A return trip is made by Forever La Fete after the event to remove the display, clean up as needed and return any rental items to Forever La Fete.
